Calvin Windschitl is a co-founder at Habitat, where he leads operations and marketing. Before Habitat, he was the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Artist Relations at BonFire Records which he co-founded in 2015. At BonFire, he helped establish a culture of integrity that solidified BonFire’s reputation as one of the nation’s most artist-centric small labels. In 2020, he oversaw the expansion of BonFire’s catalogue to include ambient, alternative, indie and tech-house music. Calvin’s leadership style places an emphasis on teamwork and efficiency—skills he honed as a one-time professional dancer and choreographer.
