Keychange U.S. is a charitable non-profit organization championing gender equity and inclusion within the music industry. Their U.S. Talent Development Program provides career development and mentorship opportunities to 25 participants from across the United States to further its mission. The program is a holistic professional development program for women and gender expansive artists and music professionals and offers team meet-ups, a mentorship program, and career defining showcases and speaking opportunities at partner festivals and conferences.
