Vincent Peppe is an entertainment attorney. Vincent has over 25 years of experience handling complex business, entertainment, and technology transactions and disputes. In the music industry, he has represented recording artists, songwriters, producers, record labels, music publishers, and music festivals. In the business world, he has represented entrepreneurs, startup and growth stage companies, technology firms, and investors. Vincent has held positions as Director of Internet & New Media Licensing at SESAC and Director of Legal & Business Affairs at Naxos Music Group. He also served as Vice President for Digital Distribution at GameZnFlix, where he developed one of the first subscription services for delivering movies to computers and mobile devices. For five years, Vincent was on the faculty of Belmont University where he taught copyright law and music publishing. He is a graduate of the New England Conservatory of Music and Brooklyn Law School and received the ASCAP Nathan Burkan Award for excellence in copyright law.
