FILSCAP is the Filipino Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers, a non-profit organization that champions the value of music and the intellectual property rights of music creators in the Philippines.

FILSCAP is a member of the International Confederation of Societies of Authors and Composers (CISAC) and is accredited by the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines to operate as a Collective Management Organization. Beyond its role as a collecting society, FILSCAP conducts events that promote public awareness and respect for music copyright, as well as events that support local music creation and development. These activities help FILSCAP's member songwriters enhance their skills, expand their industry connections, and advance their careers in the music industry.
