RAMPD (Recording Artists and Music Professionals with Disabilities) is a professional platform equipping the music and live entertainment industry with disability-inclusive tools, programming, and strategy. For folks like me with OCD, or other disability and access needs, this is an incredible community. If you are trying to do the work of DEI and aren’t including accessibility in the conversation, you’re doing it wrong.
