Instead of Gmail, I use my Google account with Superhuman, an email client that uses Gmail (or Outlook) accounts. It's designed to help you get to & stay at "inbox zero," and comes with useful shortcuts and features like read receipts, snippets & more. I'm addicted and will never go back.
Notion recently acquired a new calendar disruptor called Cron and re-branded it as Notion Calendar. Similar to Superhuman, it lives on top of my Google account for an enhanced calendar experience. Comes with handy shortcuts & features that I much prefer to standard Google Calendar.
ROSTR is the intelligence hub for the music business. We use ROSTR daily to explore artist teams, find folks to work with, and keep our finger on the pulse of what's happening across the industry. It's a map of the business in your pocket and we're constantly finding ourselves looking up artists, companies & people - helping to make sense of who's who.
We use DISCO as the all-in-one demo/song management system, for both internal and external needs. We don't use SoundCloud or Songspace to pitch or share unreleased music, instead leveraging DISCO features for this. The Artist & Album pages are great.
"We use ROSTR constantly. It’s the best resource in the music business." - Marc Geiger, Chairman and CEO @ SaveLive
Music industry professionals use ROSTR to build their network, discover artists, save time & stay in the loop.

Patchbay is a new tool that has allowed us to move client catalog management over from Airtable. We can get a proper sense of schedule As, connect them to deals, track invoices, splits & more. Excited to see how they continue to build out the service - there's nothing else like it on the market.
There's a lot of stuff out there about how you can leverage AI chat tools, but we find most of that is just fluff. We DO use ChatGPT Plus specifically as a starting point for many things, or to glean contexts. We've set up our clients with access as well to enable them to work smarter, answer questions & solve problems.
